■In the second lecture, participants deepened their understanding of self-understanding that is useful for creating entry sheets and preparing for interviews.
■Regarding the relationship between job hunting and self-understanding, we learned from the perspective of hiring managers and specific methods for self-understanding.
■We explored our self-image through worksheets, and by reframing our weaknesses, we discussed what makes us unique in our groups.
■Juggling research activities and job hunting can sometimes feel stressful and frustrating. Please put into practice the stress management techniques you learned in class. Please also take advantage of career consultations.
