The 1st Advanced Specialized Career Formation Theory I was held.

■The first lecture started with an orientation. The lecturer explained the importance of understanding career autonomy.
■A job hunting roadmap was distributed, which is popular among students every year. The experiences of seniors are helpful in clearly understanding the path of job hunting.
■We used a worksheet to analyze the current situation, and then in group work we discussed when, what, and how to move forward with job hunting.
■Job hunting is a long-term process. It is important to proceed with preparations toward your goals without rushing, while also balancing your research activities.
